Job Description :

We are seeking a talented and experienced Java Fullstack Developer to join our team in Bangalore or Hyderabad. This is a full-time, offshore position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, with a focus on building robust backend services, and a solid understanding of modern frontend technologies. You'll be working on a variety of projects, contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.

- Develop and implement user-facing features and components using React JS and Redux.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to define and implement new features.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4-8+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Java Fullstack development.

- 70% Backend / 30% Frontend experience is preferred.

Must-Have Technical Skills :

- Backend : Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful APIs.

- Frontend : React JS, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.

- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Experience with version control systems like Git.

- Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
