Job Summary :

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in Java Spring Boot, Microservices, React.js, and PostgreSQL, to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications.

The ideal candidate will work across backend and frontend layers, contribute to system architecture, and collaborate closely with product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver reliable solutions in an agile environment.

Experience in eCommerce platforms or domain-driven systems is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities :

Backend Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain microservices-based backend systems using Java and Spring Boot

- Build secure and scalable RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services

- Implement business logic, data access layers, and service-to-service communication

- Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability

Frontend Development :

- Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js

- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to implement intuitive, high-quality user experiences

- Optimize frontend components for performance and cross-browser compatibility

Database & Data Management :

- Design and optimize schemas in PostgreSQL

- Write efficient queries, stored procedures, and ensure data integrity

- Handle transactional data and performance tuning

Cloud & DevOps Collaboration :

- Deploy and manage applications on AWS, including RDS

- Containerize applications using Docker

- Work with orchestration platforms such as ECS or EKS for deployment and scaling

- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and release processes

Quality & Best Practices :

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards

- Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term fixes

- Contribute to architectural discussions and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience :

Technical Skills (Mandatory) :

- Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture

- Proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript concepts

- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL

- Experience working with AWS RDS

- Solid experience with Docker

- Hands-on exposure to ECS and/or EKS

Additional Experience :

- Good understanding of REST APIs, HTTP protocols, and authentication mechanisms

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies

- Experience working with distributed systems and cloud-native applications

Good to Have :

- Experience working in eCommerce platforms or transactional systems

- Exposure to high-traffic, high-availability applications

- Understanding of performance optimization and scalability challenges

Education :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
