Full Stack Engineer - Java/React.js

Description :

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot and is excited about building end-to-end solutions that scale. Experience with AI agents, AI systems, cloud platforms, and security best practices is a plus.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot.

- Build and enhance frontend applications (React, Angular, or similar frameworks).

- Work on AI-driven systems and agent-based solutions, integrating AI capabilities into product workflows.

- Participate in a full software development lifecycle : requirement analysis, design,

implementation, testing, and deployment.

- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

Requirements :

- 2-4 years of experience in full-stack development.

- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.

- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB).

- Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js ).

- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced product development environment.

- Exposure to AI systems, agent-based solutions, or AI workflow integration.

- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with security best practices (authentication, authorization, data protection).

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Exposure to AWS services like EC2 S3 Lambda, and RDS.

- Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and code quality tools.

- Understanding of monitoring, logging, and performance optimization.

- Prior experience in AI/ML integration, conversational AI, or autonomous systems.
