Role : Java Full Stack Developer with ReactJS

Exp Level : 5 to 8 Years

Mode of Work : Hybrid

Work Location : Hyd, Bang, Vizag

Scope :

- End-to-end application development, enhancements, and integration for WagonHR modules including Employee, Timesheet, Finance, and Organization workflows.

Job Description / Requirements :

- Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development.

- Good proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and UI frameworks.

- Experience with microservices-based applications and cloud deployment (AWS preferred).

- Solid understanding of relational (PostgreSQL).

- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Knowledge of unit testing and integration testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, Jest, etc.).

- Exposure to containers (Docker) and cloud-native practices is a plus.

- Ability to work in an agile product team, collaborate with architects, testers, and business analysts.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver high-quality, maintainable code.

- Experience range : 4 - 7 years in full-stack development (Java + React).

Primary Skills Required : Java (Spring Boot), ReactJS, REST APIs, UI/UX development, RDBMS

Secondary Skills Required : AWS basics, Docker, CI/CD, Agile development
