GenAI Utilization Skills (Required) :

- Prompt Engineering : Craft precise prompts to produce high-quality, production-ready code.

- Code Generation : Use AI to build React components, microservice templates, and boilerplate code.

- Code Refactoring & Optimization : Employ AI for framework conversions and performance improvements.

- AI-Assisted Testing : Generate automated tests and mock data using AI tools.

- Debugging Support : Analyze logs and errors with AI to find targeted fixes.

- Architecture Support : Use AI to propose system designs and rapid proof-of-concepts.

Requirements :

- 7+ years as a Full Stack Developer.

- Strong React.js skills for building complex SPAs.

- Expertise in Java (Spring Boot), .NET Core (C#), or Python (Django/Flask) with microservices experience.

- Proficiency with one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure).

- Experience with relational (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.

- Familiarity with message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ), caching (Redis), CI/CD, Git, Docker, Kubernetes.

- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills.
