Role Description :

We are hiring a hands-on Full Stack Engineer for a high-impact individual contributor (IC) role supporting modern distributed systems for a U.-based banking client.

The role demands proficiency in GoLang, React.js, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.

Experience : 5+ years (including minimum 4+ years in GoLang)

Skills :

- Independently developed backend modules in GoLang within microservices.

- Should have handled business logic, error control, and basic optimization in at least one deployed GoLang service.

- Minimum 4 years GoLang hands-on required.

- For candidates with less than 4 years in GoLang, the remaining experience must reflect strong backend engineering using Java (Spring Boot), Python (Flask/FastAPI/ETL), Node.js (Express), or C++.

- Profiles heavily focused on frontend/UI, manual testing, support, operations, or data-entry will not meet the criteria.

- Contributed to services running within microservice-based systems.

- Should understand service separation, inter-service communication (HTTP/REST), and stateless design principles.

- Built or consumed REST APIs with structured response handling and secure access layers.

- Should have worked on versioning and integration between frontend and backend layers.

- Developed UI modules using React.js.

- Should have implemented component hierarchies, handled API integration, and applied state management with Redux or equivalent.

- Participated in Agile ceremonies and sprint workflows.

- Comfortable engaging in requirement clarification and demo sessions.

- Used dashboards or tools to validate ETL outputs or support operational analytics

- Assisted in job orchestration using DAGs or data flow diagrams.

- Exposure to scheduling and monitoring jobs.

- Developed or supported utility APIs using Node.js.

- Experience limited to non-core systems.

- Used NoSQL databases in service development.

- Comfortable with CRUD operations and basic indexing.

- Worked on event-based services using message queues.

- Involved in producer/consumer logic within backend systems.

- Deployed or maintained backend services using AWS.

- Comfortable with scripting and configuring compute/storage services.

- Written and optimized SQL for queries, joins, and reports.

- Worked with relational schemas in backend or ETL contexts.

- Participated in data processing workflows using Python.

- Used Pandas/NumPy for transformations.

- Involved in PySpark mapping migrations.
