Description :

We are seeking a Fullstack Engineer who can deeply understand and reconstruct complex product experiences from UI structure and user workflows to backend APIs, data modelling, and system behaviour.

In this role, youll replicate production-grade SaaS platforms and integrate them with backend systems and AI agents.

Youll work in a small, fast-moving team to build interfaces and workflows that look and feel like real products but operate on synthetic or proxy data models.

This is a high-impact, high-ownership role with rapid iteration cycles, ideal for engineers who thrive on autonomy, clear communication, and structured reasoning.

Responsibilities :

- Develop end-to-end product workflows (e.g., expenses, reimbursements, billing, and organizational management).

- Build React-based frontends using clean, maintainable TypeScript (TSX) component systems.

- Design and implement backend services, including :

1. RESTful APIs.

2. Session management and authentication flows.

3. Database schema design and migrations (PostgreSQL preferred).

4. Service wiring, state handling, and data modeling.

- Demonstrate functional workflows using synthetic or proxy data rather than live integrations.

- Own the complete feature lifecycle from architecture implementation , testing , polish.

- Conduct code reviews and maintain high engineering quality standards within the team.

- Reverse-engineer and replicate complex workflows and UI/UX flows from reference SaaS platforms.

- Example projects you might work on :

1. Expense and reimbursement lifecycle systems.

2. Virtual card creation and request flows.

3. Employee and organization management dashboards.

- Billing, accounting, and reporting pages with filtering, sorting, and state persistence.

- Realistic UX navigation and interaction patterns.

Qualifications :

- 4- 7 years of professional software engineering experience in production-grade systems.

- Strong proficiency in :

1. TypeScript and React (or equivalent frontend frameworks).

2. FastAPI (or equivalent backend frameworks).

3. SQL/PostgreSQL (or equivalent database technologies).

- Experience designing and implementing :

1. HTTP/REST APIs.

2. Database schemas and migrations.

3. Server routing, session management, and authentication.

- Strong product and UX intuition ability to ensure workflow correctness, clarity, and polish.

- Skilled at reverse-engineering workflows from observation and documentation.

- Self-directed and capable of delivering with minimal supervision, while maintaining clear communication and structured reasoning.
