Full Stack Engineer - Distributed Systems

What you will bring :

- A Masters degree in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years of experience, or a Bachelors degree in Computer Science with 10+ years of experience

- You have 7+ years of experience building large-scale distributed web platforms/APIs, with 5+ years as an architect or technical lead where you were responsible for the end-to-end product scope across multiple domains.

- Proven ability to create, drive, and execute a technical strategy and roadmap.

- You know how to make balanced trade-offs that support long-term goals without sacrificing immediate needs.

- You excel at aligning key stakeholders and engineering teams around a cohesive technical direction, using clear documentation like Architectural Decision Records (ADRs) to navigate ambiguous challenges.

- A passion for improving team velocity and code quality, with demonstrated experience developing and driving the adoption of technical best practices across an organization.

- Deep, end-to-end system design knowledge, from front-end JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular) to backend services (GraphQL/REST APIs), messaging systems, databases (RDBMS/NoSQL), and containerized infrastructure.

- Hands-on experience with GraphQL is highly preferred.

- A track record of independently leading complex technical initiatives across multiple teams, from initial concept to successful launch and delivery.
