About the role :

We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer to work across the entire stack at Trupeer, from building responsive frontend interfaces to designing scalable backend services. You will own features end-to-end, shipping complete solutions that span the UI, APIs, and data layer for our AI-powered content generation platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and ship features end-to-end across frontend (Next.js, React) and backend (Go, Python)

- Design and implement APIs and services that power our content generation pipeline

- Develop intuitive user interfaces for AI-powered content editing and documentation workflows

- Optimize application performance across the full stack, from database queries to UI rendering

- Build integrations with third-party platforms and collaborate across engineering teams

- Write clean, well-tested code and participate in architectural discussions and code reviews

What you'll bring :

- 3 to 5 years of experience as a fullstack engineer

- Strong proficiency with Next.js, React, and TypeScript on the frontend

- Experience with Go, Python, and MongoDB on the backend

- B.Tech from IIT, BITS, NIT, or equivalent top-tier engineering institution

- Prior startup experience is strongly preferred

- Experience with WebGL, Three.js, or similar graphics/3D libraries is a plus

- Exposure to distributed systems and AI-driven automations is a good to have
