Must-Have Skills :

- Deep understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and CS fundamentals.

- 1+ years of experience in Web Application Development.

- 1+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and TypeScript.

- 1+ years of development experience on an in-house product.

- Daily conversational level of English or Japanese.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) :

- Experience with Next.js or Node.js.

- Backend development experience in Go, Java, Kotlin, or Python.

- Experience with OAuth implementation and serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, API Gateway).

- Experience implementing API integrations with external tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.
