Full Stack Development Lead - .Net/React.js/Node.js

Description :

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Development Lead to drive end-to-end project execution, guide technical decision-making, and mentor a globally distributed development team. The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack expertise across .NET, React, Node.js, and C#, with the ability to architect, build, and optimize scalable enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications

- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise solutions

- Develop modern, responsive front-end interfaces using React

- Build robust backend services and APIs using .NET, Node.js, and C#

- Drive coding standards, best practices, and engineering excellence

- Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and support skill development

- Oversee complete SDLC processes in an Agile/Scrum environment

- Collaborate with cross-border teams in India and the U.S. for seamless project execution

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, production-ready releases

- Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize application performance

Required Skillsets :

- Strong expertise in .NET, C#, Node.js, and React

- Proficiency in SQL databases, RESTful API development, and microservices

- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and CI/CD pipelines

- Strong understanding of responsive web design and UI/UX fundamentals

- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional, cross-border teams

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex technical challenges

- Proven capability in driving Agile/Scrum-based delivery models
