Job Title : Specialist Developer (Next.js / React.js / .NET Core / SQL Server)

Location : Bangalore

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Specialist Developer with strong proficiency in Next.js, React.js, .NET Core, and SQL Server. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications that deliver high performance, security, and seamless user experiences. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to write clean code, and ensure high standards in software delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

Design & Development :

- Design and develop applications using Next.js and React.js for frontend and .NET Core (C#) for backend APIs.

- Create RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs for data exchange between client and server.

- Develop database schemas, stored procedures, and queries in Microsoft SQL Server.

- Implement secure authentication, authorization, and role-based access controls.

- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.

Architecture & Integration :

- Participate in solution architecture discussions and contribute to design decisions.

- Integrate frontend and backend systems using modern APIs and middleware.

- Apply microservices or modular architecture where relevant.

Quality Assurance & DevOps :

- Write unit, integration, and UI tests using tools like Jest, NUnit, or Cypress.

- Participate in code reviews, peer programming, and continuous improvement activities.

- Work with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins).

Maintenance & Support :

- Monitor and troubleshoot production issues with strong debugging and root cause analysis.

- Maintain technical documentation (API specs, architecture diagrams, deployment notes).

- Support post-deployment enhancements and performance optimization.

Technical Skills :

Area Required Expertise :

- Frontend : Next.js, React.js, Redux or Context API, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind /Bootstrap, Responsive Design.

- Backend : .NET Core (C#), REST API Development, Middleware, Dependency Injection, LINQ, Entity Framework Core.

- Database : SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, views, indexing, query optimization).

- DevOps : Git, REST API integration.

- Testing : NUnit, Postman, Swagger.

- Other Skills : API documentation, version control (Git), Agile/Scrum methodology, secure coding practices.
