Full Stack Developer - React.js/Node.js

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly experienced Full Stack Developer (SME level) with strong expertise in React.js as primary skill along with hands-on backend experience in Node.js and SQL databases.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications end-to-end. The role requires strong ownership, architectural thinking, and the ability to mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead frontend development using React.js (SME level expertise required).

- Design and implement scalable, maintainable web applications.

- Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js (Express.js).

- Write and optimize complex SQL queries using PostgreSQL / MySQL / MS SQL Server.

- Ensure responsive UI, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization.

- Implement state management using Redux / Context API.

- Follow best practices in code quality, testing, and version control.

- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, QA, DevOps).

- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.

Required Skills :

- 7+ years of full stack development experience.

- Strong expertise in React.js (SME level).

- Hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js.

- Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases.

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture.

- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).

- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with GraphQL or TypeScript.

- Exposure to NoSQL databases.

- Cloud experience (AWS / Azure).

- Knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment.
