Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong skills in React.js and Django to join a high-priority project. The project has a definitive timeline of 5 months, and we aim to accelerate delivery by bringing on a highly skilled resource. This role requires someone who can work independently, take ownership, and provide end-to-end solutions without supervision.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain frontend and backend components using React and Django.

- Integrate APIs, ensure smooth data flow, and maintain scalable architecture.

- Take complete ownership of assigned modules, propose solutions, and implement them efficiently.

- Collaborate with team members remotely, communicate progress, and ensure project milestones are met.

- Identify bottlenecks and proactively provide recommendations to improve performance and quality.

- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and documentation for future scalability.

Requirements :

- 4-5 years of professional experience as a full stack developer.

- Strong expertise in React.js, Django, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and API integration.

- Proven ability to work independently, manage time, and deliver results within tight deadlines.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the maturity to think through the project end-to-end.

- Remote work experience and excellent communication skills.
