Full Stack Developer - React.js/Spring Boot

Broad roles and responsibilities :

- Architect and Develop : Design, implement, & maintain high-performance backend services using Java/ Golang & intuitive and performant frontend interfaces using React

- Technical Leadership : Provide technical guidance & mentorship to junior developers, promoting best practices and fostering a collaborative environment

- Code Quality : Write clean, efficient, & well-documented code following industry best practices & coding standards

- Collaboration : Work with backend developers, frontend developers, product managers, & other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions

- Performance Optimization : Identify & address performance bottlenecks & scalability issues

- Debugging & Troubleshooting : Diagnose & resolve complex issues in both backend & frontend components

- Testing : Implement comprehensive testing strategies, including unit tests, integration tests, & end-to-end tests

- Continuous Learning : Stay current with the latest industry trends, technologies, & best practices in full stack development.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development

- Expert proficiency in Java/ Golang & related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Spring Boot)

- Extensive experience with React.js for frontend development

- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript & NodeJS

- Proficient in RESTful API design & development

- Extensive experience with database technologies such as SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases

- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)

- Deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles & design patterns

- Experience with microservices architecture & cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

- Familiarity with GraphQL

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines & tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker)

- Familiarity with Jaeger for monitoring & tracing

- Proficiency in unit testing frameworks

- Experience with containerization & orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes)

- Familiarity with agile development methodologies

- Knowledge of security best practices & secure coding principles.
