Full Stack Developer - React.js/Ruby on Rails

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality web applications.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Development & Implementation :

- Produce high-quality, clean, and maintainable code according to coding standards and best practices.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, API documentation, and user manuals.

Collaboration & Communication :

- Actively participate in Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.

- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Technical Expertise :

- Research and evaluate new technologies and tools.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's knowledge base.

Problem-Solving & Support :

- Provide production support as needed.

Quality Assurance:

- Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure the quality of the software.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (including ES6+), React, Angular, or Vue.js

- Backend: Node.js, Python (with frameworks like Django/Flask), Java, Ruby on Rails, or similar

- Databases: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.), NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.)

- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferred)

Experience with :

- RESTful APIs and API design principles

- Version control systems (Git)

- Agile development methodologies

- Testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, etc
