Full Stack Developer - React.js/Node.js

Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern JavaScript and TypeScript frameworks.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and
implement new features.

- Develop and manage RESTful and event-driven APIs.

- Create and maintain batch jobs and background processing systems.

- Implement and manage microservices architecture with containerization using Docker.

- Ensure high availability and performance of applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.

- Integrate and manage various AWS services like Lambda, DynamoDB, EC2, S3, SES, SQS, etc.

- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.

- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.

- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and mentor junior developers.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Qualification : BCA / B.Tech CS/IT

- Experience : Minimum 6 years experience

- Must to have experience into : Writing code using JavaScript and TypeScript.

- Front-End : Proficiency in React.js (2-3 years), Next.js, TypeScript (3 years), HTML, and CSS.

- Back-End : Strong experience with Node.js ( 4-5 years), TypeScript, Docker, Kafka APIs, Batch Jobs, Microservices, AWS Services Lambda ( 3 years ) , DynamoDB, EC2, S3, SES, SQS, etc.

- Databases : Working knowledge of SQL (MySQL or PostgreSQL) 4 Years - Direct query writing, no
ORM, MongoDB, and Redis.

- DevOps & Tooling : Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native deployment tools.

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal in English).

- Proactive attitude and ability to take ownership of projects.
