We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated React Full Stack Developer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic development team.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in MERN stack technologies, team leadership, and delivering scalable web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities (KRA) :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain web and mobile applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

- Work with React.js and Next.js to create dynamic front-end interfaces that are responsive and user-friendly.

- Build secure, scalable backend services using Node.js and Express.js.

- Write clean, maintainable code with strong unit test coverage.

- Participate in project planning, sprint grooming, code reviews, and team discussions.

- Mentor junior developers and provide hands-on technical guidance.

- Manage a small team of developers, ensuring quality and timely delivery of project tasks.

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions with clean architecture and efficient performance.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality features.

- Stay updated with industry best practices and advocate for continuous improvement in development processes.

- Ensure DevOps readiness and deployment of applications in AWS or similar cloud environments (good to have).

Required Skillsets :

- 3 to 6 years of full stack development experience using React.js, Next.js, Redux, Node.js, and MongoDB.

- Strong knowledge and working experience with TypeScript.

- Minimum 2 years of experience leading and managing development teams.

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication methods, and secure coding practices.

- Proficiency in writing unit and integration tests.

- Experience in agile development methodologies.

- Familiarity with version control tools like Git and CI/CD practices.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

- Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Good to have experience working in an AWS DevOps environment with tools like EC2, S3, Lambda, CodePipeline, etc
