Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Full Stack Developer with over 12 years of industry experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.

The ideal candidate should also have hands-on experience integrating with the Pega Constellation framework.

You will be responsible for designing and developing scalable, responsive, and maintainable web applications while working closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop high-performance, responsive front-end applications using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

- Build backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js, Express.js, and related frameworks.

- Collaborate with design and product teams to translate UI/UX requirements into interactive, functional front-end components.

- Integrate front-end components with backend systems via REST and GraphQL APIs.

- Embed and integrate custom React components within Pega Constellation applications.

- Conduct unit testing, participate in code reviews, and optimize performance across the full stack.

- Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code adhering to industry best practices.

- Contribute to Agile/Scrum development workflows and tools (JIRA, Confluence, GitHub/GitLab).

- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve production issues; participate in ongoing improvement efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 12 years of professional experience in software development.

- Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Redux, and frameworks like Next.js.

- Strong backend development skills in Node.js and Express.js.

- Proficient in RESTful APIs and GraphQL integration patterns.

- Hands-on experience with Pega Constellation framework (preferred) or familiarity with Pega application architecture.

- Solid experience with HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, and responsive design best practices.

- Experience with Git version control and collaborative code management.

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical thinking abilities.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Mocha.

- Understanding of Pega UI architecture and embedding front-end components in low-code platforms.

Educational Qualifications :

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
