Full Stack Developer - React.js/Node.js

Role Requirements :

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong experience with :

1. React.js (Frontend focus ~60%)

2. Node.js (Backend ~40%)

3. AWS

- Contribute to cashback functionality development (earning/burning flows)

- Work on new services from scratch, ensuring alignment with Nova platform standards

- Support migration of data from monolithic systems to the new microservice environment

- Maintain a smooth user experience despite backend changes

Nice-to-Have / Coachable Skills :

- Customer support tools

- Event-driven architecture

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

Regular collaboration with :

- Frontend developers (sync meetings)

- QA team (syncs and quality reviews)

- Agile ceremonies : sprint planning, grooming sessions, retrospectives

Objectives & Impact :

Short-Term Objectives :

- Ramp up on Nova architecture and tooling

- Contribute to codebase and migration efforts

- Understand customer support ticket types and support system architecture

Mid-Term Objectives :

- Contribute to reducing support ticket volume, especially educational tickets (e.g., password resets, cashback understanding)

- Help improve user experience and reduce friction points across platforms
