Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in React.js and .NET to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development skills, the ability to lead junior engineers, and the capability to collaborate directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React.js and C# .NET

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define technical requirements and deliver scalable solutions

- Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code

- Mentor and guide junior developers; contribute to team knowledge sharing

- Conduct code reviews, perform testing, and troubleshoot complex issues

- Work with Microsoft Azure for cloud-based development, deployment, and monitoring

- Participate in Agile ceremonies and development processes

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement

Required Skills & Experience :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field

- 6+ years of full-stack development experience with :

- React.js

- C# .NET / .NET Core

- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, Bootstrap

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services

- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities

- Proficient with Git and version control workflows

Nice to Have :

- Experience working with AI/ML tools, especially Microsoft CoPilot Agents

- Familiarity with Microsoft Synapse Analytics
