Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer who excels in building scalable, high-performance web applications using React and FastAPI. The candidate will play a critical role in system architecture, mentoring team members, and delivering complex product features end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of full stack applications

- Architect scalable backend services using FastAPI, with a focus on clean RESTful API design

- Own and drive frontend solutions with React, ensuring top-tier UX and performance

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers

- Drive technical discussions and decisions with cross-functional teams

- Optimize application performance and scalability across frontend and backend

- Enforce best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment

- Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD, monitoring, and infrastructure needs

Required Skills :

- 4-8 years of experience as a full stack developer

- Strong command of React.js, TypeScript, component architecture, state management (e.g., Redux)

- Deep understanding of Python, FastAPI, and API development

- Experience with database schema design (SQL/NoSQL), indexing, and performance tuning

- Solid understanding of security principles (e.g., OAuth2, JWT, HTTPS)

- Hands-on experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing

- Familiarity with Agile development, Jira, and collaborative workflows

- Excellent problem-solving, code review, and communication skills

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

- Knowledge of GraphQL or WebSockets is a plus

- Experience in leading 2-4 member engineering pods

- Ability to make architectural decisions and evaluate tech trade-offs
