Full Stack Developer - Python/React,js

Job Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and enhance scalable full-stack web applications using ReactJS as the core frontend framework.

- Develop robust backend services in Python using frameworks such as Flask, Django, or FastAPI.

- Create, maintain, and optimize RESTful APIs to support seamless system integrations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI-powered features and assist with machine learning model integration when needed.

- Partner with DevOps and cloud teams to deploy, monitor, and scale applications on AWS infrastructure.

- Ensure high standards of performance, security, scalability, and reliability across applications.

- Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality product releases.

- Write well-structured, reusable, and testable code following industry best practices.

- Actively participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and peer code reviews.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.

- Strong expertise in ReactJS, including hooks, state management, Redux, and frontend API consumption.

- Hands-on experience with Python backend development using Flask, Django, or FastAPI.

- Solid knowledge of RESTful API design and backend integration patterns.

- Experience implementing secure authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth2.

- Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably AWS, and modern deployment practices.

- Understanding of software engineering best practices, performance optimization, and application security.
