Key Responsibilities :

- Spearhead the development of web applications and AI components for the IFRS AI project.

- Design and implement scalable front-end solutions with React and maintain high-performance, secure back-end services with Python.

- Utilize AI/ML concepts to integrate AI models into applications and ensure seamless operation within the system.

- Work with cross-functional teams to align on technical requirements, business goals, and project timelines.

- Establish and maintain coding standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers to ensure consistent high-quality development.

- Take ownership of the technical direction of the project, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery while meeting business requirements and IFRS compliance.

- Work with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and leverage containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes for deployment and scaling.

Required Experience & Skills :

- Minimum 7 years of experience in full stack development, with proficiency in Python and React.

- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience with integrating AI models into applications.

- Experience with RESTful API design and ensuring robust integration between the front-end and back-end systems.

- Proficiency in working with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams and delivering enterprise-level projects.

- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure efficient solutions.
