Full Stack Developer - Python/React.js

Description :

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React (Frontend) and FastAPI (Backend) to build scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the stack, designing APIs, and collaborating in an Agile environment.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design and develop responsive, component-based user interfaces using React.js

- Develop, test, and maintain RESTful APIs using FastAPI (Python)

- Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features

- Write clean, scalable, maintainable, and testable code

- Optimize application performance across frontend and backend

- Participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)

Technical Skills Required :

Frontend React :

1. Strong experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)

2. Hands-on experience with React Hooks, Redux / Context API

3. Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles

4. Familiarity with frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite)

5. Experience with package managers (npm / yarn)

Backend Python (FastAPI) :

1. Hands-on experience developing APIs using FastAPI

2. Strong Python programming skills

3. Good understanding of asynchronous programming

4. Experience with API design best practices

5. Knowledge of authentication and authorization (OAuth, JWT)

6. Experience with testing frameworks (pytest, unittest)

Database & ORM :

1. Strong SQL skills (complex queries, optimization)

2. Experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL / SQL Server

3. Understanding of indexing, normalization, and performance tuning

4. ORM experience with SQLAlchemy

5. Experience with database migrations using Alembic

Nice to Have :

- Knowledge of C# / .NET ecosystem

- Experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET

- Exposure to Docker and containerization

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines

- Working knowledge of AWS / Azure / GCP

Additional Requirements :

- Experience with Git (GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket)

- Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
