Full Stack Developer - Python/React.js

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python, React, and PostgreSQL for a 6-month contractual role. The candidate must be able to work in EST time zone and will be responsible for designing, developing, and troubleshooting scalable applications. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, hands-on coding ability, and the flexibility to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable backend systems using Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask).

- Build and maintain dynamic front-end applications with React.js.

- Design, optimize, and manage PostgreSQL databases.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across the stack.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, QA) to deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.

- Ensure performance, security, and scalability of applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

- 6+ years of proven full stack development experience.

- Strong backend development with Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask).

- Proficient in React.js, Redux, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS.

- Solid experience with PostgreSQL and query optimization.

- Good knowledge of RESTful APIs, software design principles, and microservices.

- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.

- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.

- Must be comfortable working in EST time zone.

Nice-to-Have :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

- Familiarity with GraphQL, WebSockets, or real-time applications.

- Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
