Full Stack Developer - Python/React.js

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and scale our AI Agents platform using Python, FastAPI, React, and TypeScript.

- Build scalable, intuitive user interfaces for real-world enterprise use cases.

- Deploy AI-driven solutions across diverse workflows in pharma R&D, clinical, and manufacturing domains.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AI/ML engineers, data scientists, domain experts) in a fast-paced, agile environment.

- Ensure best practices in code quality, automated testing, CI/CD, and cloud deployment.

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Python, React, and TypeScript.

- Experience with FastAPI (or equivalent frameworks like Flask/Django).

- Cloud experience AWS preferred (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.)

- Familiarity with Git, version control, and automated testing frameworks.

- Ownership mindset with excellent problem-solving and execution skills.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- ElasticSearch / OpenSearch for intelligent search capabilities.

- Knowledge of OAuth2 / authentication protocols.

- Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum frameworks.

Education :

Essential : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred : Masters in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related specialization
