Role Summary :

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js for the frontend and Node.js or Python (Django/FastAPI) for the backend. The ideal candidate should have experience building scalable, high-performance applicationspreferably in fast-paced domains such as E-commerce, Quick Commerce, FMCG, Logistics, or Consumer Platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

Frontend (React.js) :

- Build responsive, high-quality user interfaces using React.js.

- Implement reusable components and frontend architecture following best practices.

- Integrate APIs efficiently and handle state management (Redux / Context / Zustand).

- Ensure high performance, optimized rendering, and smooth user experience.

- Collaborate with design teams and translate UI/UX wireframes into code.

Backend (Node.js / Python) :

- Develop scalable REST APIs using Node.js (Express/NestJS) or Python (Django/FastAPI).

- Build robust backend services, microservices, and integrations.

- Optimize application performance, security, and database interactions.

- Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.

- Implement authentication/authorization, caching, and background jobs.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4 to 8+ years of full-stack development experience.

- Strong knowledge of React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript.

- Hands-on experience with Node.js or Python (any one or both).

- Experience in building scalable, production-grade applications.

- Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, CI/CD, and Git workflows.

- Experience in E-commerce / Quick Commerce / FMCG / High-scale consumer platforms is a strong advantage.

- Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

- Familiarity with performance optimization, caching (Redis), and message queues (RabbitMQ / Kafka).

Good to Have :

- Experience with SSR/Next.js.

- Knowledge of GraphQL.

- Exposure to real-time features : WebSockets, notifications, tracking.

- Basic understanding of DevOps.
