Full Stack Developer - Python/Node.js

Description :

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain scalable, secure web applications using NextJS and FastAPI, following best engineering practices.

- Support the Solution Architect in translating architecture designs into implementable, high- quality technical solutions.

- Ensure system reliability and performance through efficient coding, optimization, and adherence to industry standards.

- Guide and mentor junior developers, promoting clean code, testing practices, and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver robust, compliant financial products.

- Develop and implement full-stack features (NextJS + FastAPI) aligned with architectural standards.

- Produce clean, well-structured code with comprehensive tests and documentation.

- Optimize application performance and enforce secure coding practices to meet fintech regulatory requirements.

- Work closely with the Solution Architect and other teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to deliver stable, scalable financial solutions.

- Timely delivery of user stories per sprint with minimal rework.

- High code review ratings, strong test coverage, and low post-release defects.

Requirements :

- Must have a minimum of 5+ years of working experience in the software development domain.

- Experience maintaining and deploying highly-available, fault-tolerant systems at scale.

- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.

- Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS.

- Good at responsive, mobile-first design approaches.

- Proficiency with server-side languages such as Python.

- Proficiency with web frameworks like Django and FastAPI.

- Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Postgres, and MongoDB.

- Strong knowledge of architectural patterns - MVP, MVC, MVVM, design patterns, and Clean Architecture - and the ability to choose the best solution for the app.

- Strong API architecture skills and expertise in API lifecycle management, covering REST, WebSockets, streaming, gRPC, and GraphQL.

- Good with OOPs, functional programming, asynchronous programming, and application deployment skills on servers.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.

- Effective communication skills.

- Work closely with internal/external stakeholders to ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards.
