Full Stack Developer - Python/Node.js

Key Skills Required :

- Strong programming skills in FullStack Technologies with- React or Angular or Vue.js as Frontend and Backend using Python or Node.js

- 5+ years of experience on developing and hosting chatbots on multiple channels (MS Teams, slack, SharePoint, web portal)

- 3+ years of experience in developing and deploying using either Azure or AWS services

- Familiarity with Generative AI services and RAG and Agentic applications.

- Experience with developing REST client services.

- Good to Have experience with chatbot development platforms and services (e.g., Kore.ai, Yellow.ai, Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, IBM Watson).

Key responsibilities include :

- Develop robust and scalable conversational AI chatbot UI using Frontend Frameworks.

- Optimize chatbot responses based on user interactions, feedback, and data analysis.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design conversational flows, and implement them

- Design and integrate chatbots with various platforms and applications, ensuring seamless user experiences.

- Partner with business-facing IT teams developing new business applications based on the modern stack as well as modernizing existing applications

- Work closely with conversational UI designers to create visually appealing and user friendly chatbot interfaces.

- Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams regarding chatbot integration and customization

Desirable Skills :

- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) algorithm and packages.

- Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and analytical skills

- Basic knowledge of math, probability, statistics and algorithms

- Basic understanding of Pharma Quality Standards and Practices

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written)
