Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Python + AI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python backend development (Flask/FastAPI), AI/ML frameworks (LangChain, RAG, MCP), and modern frontend technologies (Next.js, Tailwind CSS). You will work on building AI-powered applications, integrating cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Backend & AI Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based backend services using Flask/FastAPI.

- Implement AI/ML solutions using frameworks like LangChain, AI SDKs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and MCP (Model Context Protocol).

- Optimize and deploy cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure.

- Integrate Azure Databricks/Azure Data Factory (awareness preferred, not mandatory).

Frontend Development :

- Build responsive and interactive UIs using Next.js, React.js, and Tailwind CSS.

- Implement state management with libraries like React Query, Zustand, or Redux.

- Develop reusable components using ShadCN or similar libraries.

Additional Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with data engineers and AI researchers to integrate AI models into applications.

- (Bonus) Develop Microsoft Office Add-ins (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Ensure code quality, performance, and security best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Must-Have :

- 5+ years of experience in Python backend development (Flask/FastAPI).

- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (LangChain, RAG, MCP, or similar).

- Proficiency in Next.js, React.js, Tailwind CSS, and modern frontend tools.

- Experience deploying and managing applications on Microsoft Azure.

- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB), and caching (Redis).

Good-to-Have :

- Familiarity with Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory.

- Experience with Microsoft Office Add-in development.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes).

Work Terms & Policies :

- Payment Terms : 45-day payment cycle (invoice raised after timesheet approval).

- Leave Policy : No payment for holidays or leaves.

- Work Calendar : Follows the clients holiday calendar.
