Full Stack Developer - Python/Golang

Responsibilities :

- Own and deliver features end-to-end across backend and frontend.

- Build robust APIs in Python and Go to support AI workflows, document processing, and user automation.

- Design intuitive UIs in React that handle complex data interactions.

- Lead architecture decisions and technical planning across multiple projects.

- Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of customer-facing systems.

- Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and ML teams to ship fast and iterate.

- 1-4 years of full-stack development experience.

- Deep experience with Python and/or Go for backend development.

- Strong command of React, modern frontend practices, and TypeScript.

- Proven ability to design and scale distributed systems.

- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.

- Experience working with Postgres, Redis, Docker, and cloud services (AWS/GCP).

- Prior exposure to ML-driven products is a plus (but not required).

- Bonus : experience in enterprise SaaS, workflow automation, or document intelligence.
