We're seeking an experienced Python and Django Full Stack Developer to build, evolve and maintain enterprise-grade features for our creative measurement platform. You'll work across the entire stackfrom React frontend to a Django / Python backend, Celery workers, PostgreSQL with pgvector, real-time WebSocket integrations, and integrations with our core platform services.

Backend Development :

- Build and evolve Django REST APIs, implement workflows with state machine patterns, evolve and maintain task/agent architectures for AI orchestration

Database Management :

- Build and maintain PostgreSQL DB schemas with pgvector for semantic search capabilities, optimize queries for millions of creative assets, and implement row-level multi-tenant data isolation

Async Processing :

- Develop Celery task pipelines for long-running operations, implement and optimize retry logic and error handling for external API integrations

Frontend Development :

- Develop end-to-end web applications using the Django Web Framework and MVT pattern, build and maintain React components against our Design System and UI component framework, implement real-time updates via Django Channels/WebSocket, manage rich interactive UI components such as heat maps and analytics dashboards

API Integration :

- Integrate third-party external services (API and AI services), implement authentication and authorization flows (django-guardian RBAC), handle async event streaming

Performance Optimization :

- Implement Redis caching strategies, optimize vector similarity queries with HNSW indexes, scale Celery worker pools for burst processing

Client Extensions and Customizations :

- Extend the core application to support client-specific needs and business requirements, adapting the user interface, workflows, and underlying platform capabilities

Core Tech Stack :

- 5+ years with Django/Python development, strong PostgreSQL experience, RESTful API design, Celery/Redis async processing

Frontend :

- React.js proficiency, UI component frameworks, modern JavaScript/TypeScript dev, experience with Vite or similar build tools, WebSocket/real-time updates

Database :

- PostgreSQL advanced features (JSON fields, full-text search), experience with pgvector or similar vector databases preferred

DevOps :

- Some knowledge of Docker containerization, Kubernetes deployment experience, and CI/CD pipelines

Application Security :

- Good knowledge and experience with secure application development using Python and Django, including OWASP Top 10, authentication and authorization patterns, implementing front-end and back-end security, SSO integration across front-end and back-end, and roles/permissions based access

Cloud Platforms and Deployment :

- Manage, deploy and troubleshoot the application on a cloud platform architecture, within a containerized deployment model, using various cloud resources including cloud storage

Architecture patterns :

- Familiarity with Multi-tenant applications, state machine patterns, event-driven architectures
