Full Stack Developer - Python/Django

We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js and Python (Flask/Django/FastAPI) to join our dynamic team at GyanSys, Bangalore. Key Responsibilities :

- Develop responsive, scalable, and dynamic web applications using React.js (functional components, hooks, and state management).

- Design, build, and maintain robust backend APIs and services using Python frameworks (Flask, Django, or FastAPI).

- Integrate frontend and backend systems seamlessly with RESTful APIs.

- Work with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.) for data modeling, schema design, and query optimization.

- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to transform wireframes and mockups into interactive features.

- Ensure code quality with clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to best practices.

- Implement unit tests, debugging, and performance tuning for reliability and scalability.

- Contribute to Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and actively participate in code reviews.

- Support CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and containerization (Docker) for efficient deployment.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.

- Strong expertise in React.js (functional components, hooks, Redux/Context API).

- Proven backend development experience with Python and at least one framework (Flask/Django/FastAPI).

- In-depth knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and web security best practices.

- Hands-on experience with databases (SQL PostgreSQL/MySQL, or NoSQL MongoDB/Cassandra).

- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes preferred).

- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and collaboration abilities.
