Role : Full-Stack Developer (PHP MVC & React.js)

Job Overview :

We are seeking a talented and driven Full-Stack Developer with expertise in PHP MVC frameworks and React.js to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling dynamic web applications.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Technical Execution & Architecture :

- Full-Stack Development : Design, develop, maintain, and enhance robust web applications using PHP MVC frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony) for backend services and React.js for modern, responsive user interfaces.

- Code Quality & Scalability : Write clean, readable, well-documented, and efficient code that adheres to industry best practices and internal coding standards.

- Performance Optimization : Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues, profile performance bottlenecks, and optimize databases to ensure maximum speed and scalability.

2. Collaboration & Lifecycle Management :

- Cross-Functional Teamwork : Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other developers to understand product goals, break down technical requirements, and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Lifecycle Participation : Actively participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including code reviews, automated and manual testing, and seamless deployment activities.

3. Innovation & Continuous Learning :

- Tech Evolution : Stay up to date with emerging technologies, web development trends, and ecosystem updates.

- AI-Driven Development : Investigate and contribute to the adoption of AI-driven development practices (such as AI coding assistants, automated testing tools, or generative AI APIs) where applicable to improve team efficiency and product capabilities.

Qualifications & Skills :

1. Required Technical Skills :

- Backend : Strong proficiency in PHP 8.x and experience with at least one modern PHP MVC framework (such as Laravel, Symfony, or Yii).

- Frontend : Proven hands-on experience building interactive user interfaces with React.js, Redux (or similar state management), Hooks, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

- Databases : Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL), including database design, writing complex SQL queries, and optimization.

- API Integration : Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs and handling data integrations.

- Tools & Workflows : Proficiency with Git/version control and familiarity with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, npm/yarn).

2. Preferred / Bonus Skills :

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker.

- Practical exposure to utilizing AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) or integrating AI models/APIs into web applications.
