Full Stack Developer - Node.js/React.js

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Node.js Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. This is a fully remote opportunity suited for professionals with a strong background in designing and delivering scalable, secure, and cloud-native applications.

Position : Node.js Full Stack Developer

Experience Required : 8+ Years

Work Mode : 100% Remote

Role Summary :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performing web applications across the full stack

- Architect and implement RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js

- Develop intuitive and responsive user interfaces using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks

- Lead the design and implementation of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform

- Deploy, manage, and optimize applications on AWS cloud infrastructure

- Collaborate closely with product managers, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and performance optimization techniques

- Drive code quality through peer reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD best practices

- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues across distributed systems

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices

Required Skills and Experience :

- Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in full stack software development

- Strong proficiency in Node.js for backend and server-side development

- Extensive experience with React.js and modern frontend development (ES6+, HTML5, CSS3)

- Proven experience in designing and implementing microservices-based architecture

- Hands-on expertise with Terraform for infrastructure automation and provisioning

- Strong experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, and CloudWatch

- Proficiency in C# and .NET technologies is required

- Solid understanding of REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and scalable system design

- Experience with version control systems (Git) and modern development workflows

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative development environments

- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes

- Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps

- Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability tools

- Prior experience working in distributed or remote teams
