Full Stack Developer - Node.js/React.js

Description :

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in modern web and mobile technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance applications across web and mobile platforms, while working closely with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, DevOps, and backend services.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Node.js, React.js, and TypeScript

- Build highly responsive and performant front-end applications for web and mobile (React Native)

- Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, maintainable, and reusable code

- Implement efficient state management using Redux Toolkit

- Develop and maintain microservices-based architecture

- Build and manage serverless applications using AWS services (e.g., API Gateway, Step Functions)

- Collaborate with UX designers to enhance user experience and usability

- Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness

- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making

- Work with CI/CD pipelines to enable smooth deployments and releases

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3 to 8 years of experience in full-stack development

Strong proficiency in :

i. React.js & React Native

ii. TypeScript & JavaScript (ES6+)

iii. Node.js

iv. Redux Toolkit for state management

- Experience building scalable front-end applications from scratch

- Strong understanding of SQL databases

- Experience with microservices architecture

- Hands-on experience with AWS services, especially:

i. API Gateway

ii. Serverless architecture

iii. Step Functions

- Familiarity with modern CI/CD tools such as :

i. Harness, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or CircleCI

- Understanding of multi-domain architecture, including:

i. Shared modules

ii. API versioning

iii. Cross-service dependencies

iv. Build orchestration

Good to Have :

- Awareness or working knowledge of .NET technologies

- Understanding of Orchid requirements/processes

- Experience working in large-scale distributed systems

- Exposure to performance optimization and monitoring tools
