Full Stack Developer - Node.js/React.js

About the Role :

We at IAVerse are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with proven expertise in backend and frontend development, cloud deployment, and application architecture design. The ideal candidate will be both a technical leader and a hands-on developer, capable of architecting scalable, secure applications, writing clean and efficient code, and managing a team of developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure architectures for both frontend and backend systems.

- Select and justify technology stacks based on project requirements and scalability needs.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both backend and frontend components.

- Build APIs, microservices, and business logic while also implementing high-quality UI/UX.

- Develop server-side applications using modern frameworks (e.g., Node.js stack).

- Optimize application performance and manage integrations with databases and external services.

- Create responsive, dynamic, and accessible interfaces using frameworks like React, Next js.

- Ensure cross-platform and cross-browser compatibility.

- Deploy applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP using containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Implement monitoring, logging, and backup strategies.

- Lead, mentor, and guide developers while actively contributing to the codebase.

- Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure technical excellence across the team.

- Collaborate with QA for automated and manual testing.

- Maintain high standards of code quality, security, and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development.

- Strong backend expertise in at least one major language/framework.

- Proficiency in modern frontend technologies and frameworks.

- Hands-on cloud deployment experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Strong understanding of application architecture and design patterns.

- Proven ability to lead teams while remaining actively involved in development.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures.

- Knowledge of security best practices and performance optimization.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development.
