Function : Software Engineering ? Backend / Full-Stack Development

Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in building scalable web applications using both Node.js and Java technologies.

The role involves working across the stackdeveloping backend services, APIs, and collaborating with frontend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications

- Build and manage RESTful APIs using Node.js (Express.js) and/or Java (Spring Boot)

- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic

- Design and optimize database schemas and queries

- Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and code reviews

- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems

- Ensure application performance, security, and scalability

Required Skills & Technologies :

- Strong experience in Node.js, Express.js, and/or Java (Spring / Spring Boot)

- Proficiency in JavaScript and backend development principles

- Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs

- Good understanding of database design and query optimization

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)

- Understanding of software development best practices and design patterns

Eligibility Criteria :

- Experience : 5 to 7 years (ideal range : 3 to 4 years in relevant full-stack development)

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)

Good to Have :

- Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, etc.)

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

- Understanding of microservices architecture

- Prior experience in healthcare-tech or startup environments
