Full Stack Developer - Node.js/TypeScript

Location : Remote/Hybrid.

Work Timings : 3 : 30 PM - 12 : 30 AM.

About the Role :

In this role, you will primarily focus on backend developmentdesigning APIs, integrating with partner systems, and scaling platform infrastructurewhile also contributing to frontend experiences when required.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop intelligent browser automation and agent workflows using Python, leveraging modern frameworks and cloud-based tooling.

- Implement automation solutions with modern browser automation tools such as Playwright, Browseruse, Browserbase, or Stagehand.

- Take ownership of core systems, including authentication, data pipelines, messaging, and observability infrastructure.

- Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional teams to identify high-impact opportunities and deliver secure, scalable solutions.

- Contribute to frontend development in React where full stack context is required to ship features.

- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code while shaping architecture and system design.

- Participate in code reviews, incident resolution, and performance optimization.

- Uphold best practices in compliance, data privacy, and secure development.

Requirements :

- Proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js or Python for backend development.

- Hands-on experience with browser automation tools (e.g., Playwright, Browseruse, Browserbase, Stagehand).

- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL).

- Familiarity with asynchronous workflows, job queues, and third-party integrations.

- Experience developing and deploying automation workflows in cloud-based environments.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.

Bonus Skills :

- Exposure to healthcare data formats (HL7, FHIR) or other regulated environments.
