- Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using Node.js (backend) and React.js (frontend).

- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance RESTful APIs.

- Translate business requirements and UI/UX designs into technical solutions.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers throughout the development lifecycle.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Participate in code reviews and enforce best coding practices.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.

- Ensure application security, data protection, and performance standards.

Mandatory Skills (Non-Negotiable) :

- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js

- Strong hands-on experience with React.js

- JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3

- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs

- Database experience with MongoDB / PostgreSQL / MySQL

- Experience with version control systems (Git)

- Understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture
