Note : This role requires hands-on experience with Node.js and React. Candidates with only Java or C experience will not be considered.

- End-to-End Development : Work across the entire application stack - from RESTful API development and database design to frontend components and deployment, creating seamless user experiences.

- Collaboration : Partner with product managers, designers, and fellow developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Continuous Learning : Stay updated with emerging trends in web development, JavaScript ecosystem, and DevOps practices to bring innovative solutions to the team.

Desired Skills and Experience :

- Strong expertise in Node.js (Express.js, API development, asynchronous programming, middleware, authentication/authorization).

- Strong expertise in React (hooks, component lifecycle, state management with Redux/Context API, React Router, performance optimization).

- Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals (ES6+, promises, async/await, closures, prototypes).

- Hands-on experience with RESTful API design and development.

- Proficiency in database technologies (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and writing efficient queries.

- Experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub).

- Strong understanding of responsive design, HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Material-UI, Bootstrap).

- Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, React Testing Library).

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to code quality.

Good to Have (Plus Points) :

- Experience with TypeScript in both frontend and backend.

- Knowledge of state management libraries (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Recoil).

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment services.

- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Knowledge of microservices architecture.

- Experience with GraphQL and Apollo Client.

- Familiarity with real-time communication (WebSockets, Socket.io).

- Experience with Next.js or other React frameworks.

- Knowledge of performance optimization and security best practices.

- Experience with monitoring tools (New Relic, DataDog, Sentry).

Preferred : Graduate (B.Tech/BE) from in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
