A Fintech startup is seeking an experienced Fullstack Developer with 5 -10 years of expertise in both frontend and backend development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building customer-facing mobile, web, digital applications, preferably within the fintech, payments, or banking industry.

This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, innovative thinking, and a passion for creating seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Application Development : Design, develop, and maintain scalable and responsive web and mobile applications using modern frameworks and technologies.

- Frontend Development : Utilize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js to create dynamic user interfaces that enhance user experience.

- Backend Development : Build robust server-side applications using languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET. Ensure efficient database management with SQL or NoSQL databases.

- API Integration : Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to connect frontend applications with backend services and third-party systems.

- Collaboration : Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Testing & Debugging : Implement unit tests and conduct thorough debugging to ensure high-quality code and application performance.

- Deployment & Maintenance : Oversee application deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and ensure ongoing maintenance and optimization.

- Security Practices : Implement best practices for application security to protect sensitive financial data and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications & Skills :

- 5 - 10 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Support leadership roles within SaaS or technology environments.

- Proven track record of leading high-performing customer-facing teams.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and drive strategic decisions.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities.

- Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

- Experience building scalable customer success processes and metrics-driven environments
