What you will do :

- Drive end-to-end architecture and development for new features, translating product requirements into scalable technical solutions across the full technology stack.

- Partner closely with product and business stakeholders to shape strategy and refine requirements

- Translate complex business challenges into robust technical roadmaps that drive measurable outcomes

- Architect and integrate AI capabilities into product features to power intelligent document processing and conversational user interfaces

- Champion and establish engineering best practices around code quality, architecture design and system maintainability while mentoring team members and driving adoption across engineering team Lead technical mentorship across engineering team, actively developing junior and mid-level engineers.

You should apply :

- If you have 6+ years of product engineering experience with strong expertise in system design, backend architecture, and scaling production applications

- Deep technical proficiency in Node.js with extensive hands-on experience across both SQL and NoSQL databases in production environments

- Minimum 2 years of full-stack product development in high-growth startups or SaaS companies, with proven ability to deliver complex features end-to-end using React and Node.js
