About the Role :

Were seeking a talented and detail-oriented Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to our social media voting platform. This role involves working on both the frontend and backend using a modern tech stack, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and high-quality code.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js and React.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following established standards and best practices.

- Collaborate with team members through code reviews, technical discussions, and pull requests.

- Optimize application performance across the frontend and backend.

- Work with complex data models and schemas using Prisma ORM.

- Design and document RESTful APIs using Swagger.

- Implement unit and integration tests with Jest to ensure software reliability.

Required Technical Skills :

Backend :

- Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.

- Hands-on experience with the NestJS framework.

- In-depth knowledge of Prisma ORM and handling complex database schemas.

- Expertise in RESTful API design and Swagger documentation.

- Proven experience writing and maintaining unit/integration tests using Jest.

Frontend :

- Advanced proficiency in React and modern React patterns (hooks, context, etc.).

- Deep understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript fundamentals.

- Experience with performance optimization (code splitting, memoization, lazy loading).

- Strong grasp of responsive design and modern CSS methodologies.

General :

- Proven experience conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices.

- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns.
