Full Stack Developer - Node.js/React.js

Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.

- Build responsive, scalable, and secure solutions with a focus on performance and reliability.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate business needs into technical deliverables.

- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend systems.

- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code following best practices.

- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and optimization for existing applications.

- Ensure high-quality documentation and adherence to software development standards.

Required Technical Skills :

- Frontend: React.js / Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript / TypeScript

- Backend: Node.js / Express / Python / Java (any major backend stack)

- Database: MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB

- Version Control: Git / GitHub / GitLab

- Cloud & DevOps: AWS / Azure / Docker / CI-CD pipelines (preferred)

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and security best practices.

Must-Have Competencies :

- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in full stack development.

- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.

- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.

- Passion for learning emerging technologies and frameworks.

Good to Have :

- Experience with GraphQL, Kubernetes, or Serverless architecture.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

- Exposure to UI/UX design principles or Figma collaboration.
