Full Stack Developer - Node.js/React.js

Job Title : Full Stack Developer (Node.js & React.js)

Location : Remote

Employment : Permanent

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain consumer-facing web applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and usability.

- Work across the stack from designing user-friendly interfaces to implementing backend logic and APIs.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to ship high-quality features.

- Contribute to the overall system architecture, infrastructure decisions, and code quality standards.

- Take ownership of features from concept to deployment and beyond, including debugging, testing, and monitoring.

- Shape and improve engineering practices by bringing in fresh ideas and opinions.

- Pay attention to design details and contribute to creating visually appealing and user-friendly products.

- Stay curious and continuously evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve the product and development workflow.

Requirements :

- 2+ years of experience building consumer-facing web applications.

- Strong interest in full-stack development with a desire to own features end-to-end.

- A self-starter mindset with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.

- An eye for design and an appreciation for building intuitive, beautiful user experiences.

- Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and eagerness to contribute ideas.

- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.

- Passion for education and belief in our mission to empower students.

- Frontend : React.js, Redux, Redux-Saga

- Infrastructure & Databases : Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, Redis, RabbitMQ
