Description :

- Design and Architecture : Collaborate with business stakeholders, cross functional teams and third party service vendors to translate functional requirements and mock-ups into fully functional features. Architect and implement scalable, maintainable, and low latency solutions using NextJS (typescript) for the front end web application, Flutter for mobile app and Golang for backend services. Ensure seamless integration across systems through well-structured RESTful APIs and modular design patterns, adhering to best practices in full stack development.

- Development : Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code. Develop modular and reusable components, effectively balancing client-side and server-side rendering. Build scalable APIs, microservices, and backend modules using Go, ensuring high performance and maintainability. Oversee and manage the full development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance while observing timelines.

- Technology Enhancement : Evaluate and implement modern tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve system performance and enable new capabilities.

- Team Leadership and Mentorship : Lead, develop and mentor a team of junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

- Infrastructure Management : Management of data centre infrastructure from network layer to application layer ensuring real time monitoring, logging and security.

- Problem Solving : Troubleshoot complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.

- Support : Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide ongoing production support for deployed applications, including troubleshooting and bug fixing.

- Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation for designs, APIs, and processes.
