Job Summary :

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in C#, .NET, React, SQL Server, and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality, secure, and reliable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using C#..NET and React.

- Build and integrate SQL Server databases with efficient data models and transformation logic.

- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and reusable components.

- Deploy and manage applications on Azure or AWS.

- Optimize application performance, security, and user experience.

- Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives.

- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to code reviews and continuous improvement efforts.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in C#,.NET application development.

- Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.

- Solid experience with SQL Server, including database design and query optimization.

- Practical experience with cloud platforms - Azure or AWS (deployment, hosting, and services).

- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and design patterns.

- Familiarity with RESTful API development and consumption.

- Experience using Git for version control and working within CI/CD pipelines.

- Prior experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication skills; ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Good-to-Have Skills (Preferred Qualifications) :

- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (i.e., Docker, Kubernetes).

- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and integrating security into the development lifecycle.

- Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cosmos DB.

- Exposure to unit testing frameworks and test automation.

- Knowledge of performance tuning, monitoring, and logging tools (i.e., Application Insights, CloudWatch)
