Full Stack Developer - .Net/Java/React.js

Spectral Consultants is hiring for a Fullstack Manager(.Net +Java) with one of the World's Largest Global Providers of Insurance.

Locations : Hyderabad & Pune

Experience : 8 to14 years

You will be the bridge between technology delivery, business priorities, and team well-being-ensuring Agile ways of working, innovation, and excellence in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead technology capabilities across the full SDLC (Architecture, Design, Development, Testing & Production).

- Partner with business owners, technical teams, and senior leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

- Act as the first point of contact for your team on well-being, interpersonal dynamics, and professional development.

- Foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture aligned with company values.

- Support conflict resolution and promote open, honest communication.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve delivery issues tied to team dynamics.

- Stay connected with operational teams to align with business priorities.

- Serve as a bridge between individuals and leadership regarding people-related matters.

Technical Stack :

- Languages & Frameworks : .Net ,.net Core , .net 8+ version, Java, Microservices, ReactJS

- Data : SQL Server, APIs (APIC, APIM), REST API, Databricks, Synapse

- Agile & Delivery : Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), CI/CD (Azure DevOps, Git, SonarQube), Azure Kubernetes, Azure Scheduler

- Tools & Platforms : GitHub Copilot, VS Code, Microsoft Azure

- Security & Monitoring : Veracode, CA SiteMinder, MS Entra, PingOne, Azure AppInsights, Elastic

What We're Looking For :

- 8-14 years of experience with proven team leadership (30-50 members).

- Strong expertise in .Net, Java, Microservices, Azure technologies.

- Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with Agile delivery, DevOps, and CI/CD.

- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
